University of London
The University of London LLB (Hons) is a three- year programme. Students studying for this degree are imparted a solid foundation in the concepts and structures of the English Legal System.
We provide educational support to students who are enrolled or wish to enroll in a University of London International Programme's LL.B. degree. Studying with us, you will be taught all of your compulsory subjects and pre-selected groups of courses to emphasize your area of interest:
1. Corporate Law group: Company Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property.
2. Litigation group: Civil and Criminal Procedure, Evidence, and Family Law.
3. Civil Service group: Administrative Law, Dissertation, and an elective.
4. Human Rights Law group: International Protection of Human Rights, Public International Law, Dissertation.
5. International Law group: Public International Law, Conflict of Laws, and Islamic Law.
If you do not wish to choose a group, you may take any of the elective courses offered to personalize your studies.
In order to be registered for the LLB (Hons) degree, you must: be at least 17 years old and; satisfy the following:
1- Either passes in:
a) two subjects at GCE ‘A’ Level + at least three further subjects at GCSE or GCE ‘O’ Level (at or with not less than grade ‘C’)
b) three subjects at GCE ‘A’ Level + one further subject at GCSE or GCE‘O’ Level (at or with not less than grade ‘C’)
c) two subjects at GCE ‘A’ Level + two further subjects at ‘AS’ Level + one further subject at GCSE or GCE‘O’ Level (at or with not less than grade ‘C’)
d) Four subjects at A levels (minimum grade D)
2- Have attained a minimum grade ‘C’ in English Language in ‘O’ Level or equivalent
3- BA/BSc/BCom in upper second division. The admission is open to graduates of the University of the Punjab or (subject to the Syndicate’s approval) of any other recognized university
4- Foreign students should route their applications for admission through the Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad
5- Students holding High School Diplomas/Degrees of other institutions should contact the Registrar
